• Managing day-to-day and month end closing accounting tasks including AR, AP, GL , Fixed Asset and Tax.
• Verifying the payment vouchers, Vat, W/H tax and related documents.
• Prepare financial Statement including BS , PL , and cash flow on monthly , quarterly , and yearly and Other report for submission to SET&BOT.
• Prepare Corporate Income Tax.
• Coordinate with other department and external parties e.g. External Auditor.
• Prepare the reports to management.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor degree or higher in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 year of experiences in full Accounting.
• Have working experiences with Listed company.
• Background from auditor firm will be advantage
• Knowledge in Taxation, Accounting Standard and necessary regulation.
• Computer literacy especially Ms. Excel and Oracle.

• ออกใบแจ้งหนี้และใบกำกับภาษีทุกประเภท
• ตรวจสอบการบันทึกบัญชีและกระทบยอดบัญชีลูกหนี้, กระทบยอดรายได้และส่วนลด ระหว่างรายงานกับบัญชีแยกประเภท
• จัดทำรายงานสินทรัพย์รอการขายประจำเดือน พิจารณาการด้อยค่าของสินทรัพย์รอการขายและกระทบยอดกับบัญชีต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• บันทึกบัญชีการตั้งสำรองต่างๆ พร้อมทั้งและกระทบยอดบัญชีระหว่างรายงานและบัญชีแยกประเภท
• จัดทำรายละเอียดประกอบยอดคงเหลือประจำเดือน
• จัดทำรายงานภาษีขายและกระทบรายได้ประจำเดือนให้ทันตามกำหนดเวลา

คุณสมบัติ

• จบปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี
• มีประสบการด้านลูกหนี้หรือบัญชีทั่วไป (GL) ไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี
• หากมีประสบการในธุรกิจเช่าซื้อหรือธุรกิจให้สินเชื่อจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม ERP เช่น Oracle ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีทักษะในการใช้ Microsoft Excel ได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว

• ให้บริการประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลทางโทรศัพท์ทั้ง Inbound, Outbound, รับเรื่องร้องเรียน และ Welcome Call เช่น ข้อมูลสินค้า, โปรโมชั่น หรือ เรื่องอื่นๆเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ เป็นต้น
